As a Senior Associate Client Consultant you will be an integral part of the Canadian merchant services team which collaborates closely with SMB and Middle Market merchant coverage teams to lead product solutioning that meets our clients' payment needs.
Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as a subject matter expert on products within the SMB and Mid-Market segment, understanding client needs and industry trends.
- Lead the process of identifying and recommending viable solutions for client needs using existing and upcoming products, and discuss integration to audiences with varying degrees of knowledge.
- Ability to perform in depth analysis, explain complex system configurations, recommend viable solutions.
- Provide technical and product-related assistance to Business Development and Relationship Management efforts.
- Participate in presentations and product demos, showcasing Chase 's technical infrastructure, product suite and integrated and/or partner solutions.
- Maintain and update Client Consulting SOP and department Business Resiliency Plan.
- Engage with client teams to identify pain points and refine solutions, communicating critical feedback to Product teams.
- Generate monthly team metric reports and perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
- Travel to client engagements as needed (estimated 20% of the time).
Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in systems consulting/integration, business analysis, or equivalent expertise in problem-solving across multiple teams and merchant payment products.
- Extensive experience engaging with clients regularly and providing consultative solutions.
- Deep knowledge of the payments industry, technical expertise, and ability to perform in-depth technical analysis and recommend viable solutions.
- Team-oriented with the ability to cultivate strong working relationships with clients, peers, and cross-functional partners.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to travel to client engagements as needed (estimated 20% of the time).

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in a technical field or equivalent experience.
- Bilingual - English and French
- Salesforce, SharePoint
- writing, and analytical skills to support RFP responses and presentation content.
