The Lead Technology Business Systems Consultant serves as a critical liaison between technical operations and business leadership, leveraging over 3+ years of experience delivering executive-level reporting. This role requires the ability to synthesize complex technical incident data, system trends, and platform performance metrics into clear, concise, and actionable insights that inform strategic decision-making. By translating detailed operational and system-level information into business-relevant narratives, the consultant ensures leadership maintains visibility into system health, risk areas, and performance improvement opportunities.
This role supports a highly visible branch product that is critical to generating account openings, customer leads, and appointment scheduling, requiring a strong focus on stability, performance, and customer experience. Additionally, this position plays a key role in driving continuous improvement by identifying patterns across incidents and platform behaviors, enabling proactive enhancements and more resilient, customer-focused branch technology solutions.
In this role, you will:
- Lead complex initiatives to provide technological solutions with broad impact for cross functional businesses and technology teams
- Act as a key participant in providing strategic business solutions to companywide technology initiatives
- Evaluate highly complex business problems and provide subject matter knowledge proficiency for technology initiatives
- Define and lead detailed research on business and technology requests to develop efficient and accurate functional requirements
- Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of domain and technology applications, and which influence companywide technology solutions
- Lead project or systems documentation, and monitor and manage project schedules and deliverables
- Collaborate and consult with business and technology teams to provide comprehensive technological solutions for complex business problems
- Ensure communication and information flow between business and technology teams
- 5+ years of Business Systems Data and Business Systems Designing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 5+ years managing real-time incident communications, translating technical issues across application, infrastructure, and cloud environments into clear updates for executives and cross-functional stakeholders.
- 4+ years driving operational readiness and service transitions, including technical validation of runbooks, access models, system dependencies, and automation across platforms to support 24/7 Mission Control operations.
- 4+ years producing operational metrics and reporting, analyzing incidents, changes, problems, and platform performance data to provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
- 3+ years leading Major Incident Management (MIM) processes with a strong technical understanding of enterprise platforms (cloud, APIs, distributed systems) to coordinate troubleshooting and drive end-to-end incident and problem resolution within SLA targets.
- 3+ years advancing observability and release governance, with technical expertise in monitoring tools, synthetic testing, and system instrumentation, serving as a tollgate reviewer for architecture diagrams, runbooks, and production readiness.
- 4+ years supporting resilience and BCP planning, applying technical knowledge of system recovery, cross-platform dependencies, and SLA/SLO frameworks to ensure alignment and reliability across applications and infrastructure.
- 5+ years performing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) using methodologies such as 5 Whys, leveraging hands-on knowledge of application architectures, system integrations, and infrastructure layers to identify root causes and ensure 100% RCA and PTASK completion.
- 3+ years delivering executive-level reporting, synthesizing technical incident data, system trends, and platform performance insights into concise, actionable summaries for leadership.

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
$119,000.00 - $224,000.00
