Responsibilities:Opportunity Management: Proactive management of opportunity pipeline, prioritizing and coordinating quotation activities.
Value Communication: Equip sales and engineering teams with tools to highlight product value (e.g., sales sheets, battle cards, press releases).
Customer Engagement: Support lead generation and present at fairs, customer events, and technical sessions.
Portfolio Strategy: Monitor KPIs, market trends, and competitive landscape to guide product positioning and roadmap.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Facilitate collaboration between engineering, sales, and customers to drive commercial and technical success.
Education: Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering, ideally combined with business or marketing education or professional experience.
Languages: Fluent in English and German. German is required to effectively support our main European market.
Experience: 3–5 years in product or business development, preferably in automotive or general industry.
Skills: Strong communication, analytical thinking, negotiation, and project management.
Tools: Proficiency in presentation tools (PowerPoint, Canva, etc.) and familiarity with AI-driven business solutions.
Mindset: approachable, fact-based, cooperative, highly professional, self-driven and entrepreneurial
