As a Product Sales Specialist, you’ll be the crucial connector between our advanced platforms — including Ophelos, Inio, and other flagship products — and the commercial teams driving our success. You’ll combine deep product expertise, technical understanding, and a consultative approach to position our solutions with precision and impact.
This is a high-visibility, client-facing role where you’ll transform complex product features into clear, compelling business value — directly shaping sales outcomes and enhancing customer success.
Experience within FinTech, Utilities, Telecom, or Financial Services will be a strong advantage, helping you understand our clients’ challenges and tailor solutions that truly resonate.
You can be based at any of our UK offices, with regular client travel and the flexibility to work from home.
What you’ll do:
Act as the go-to product expert for sales, marketing, and customer success teams
Lead client demos, workshops, and consultative sessions to showcase product value
Translate customer needs into tailored product solutions with measurable outcomes
Collaborate cross-functionally to refine go-to-market strategies and messaging
Provide structured feedback to product and engineering teams
Support the creation of sales enablement materials and internal training
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within key accounts
Champion product adoption and ensure smooth handovers from sales to delivery
Devoted to the FCA principle of Consumer Duty; by ensuring we are driving good customer outcomes across all aspects of services that have potential to impact on our customers.
What you bring:
Experience in product, pre-sales, solutions engineering, or technical consulting
Strong understanding of SaaS platforms, APIs, and enterprise software
Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences
Background in FinTech, Utilities, Telecom, or Financial Services is a plus
Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills
Familiarity with CRM and product management tools (e.g., Salesforce, Jira)
Customer-centric mindset and a passion for solving real-world problems
