If you're looking for meaningful work and challenges that grow you in a culture where people show up with purpose, this is your opportunity.

Let’s build what’s next, together.

What this role is all about

As a Product Sales Specialist (Voice Wholesales), you will own the commercial performance, growth, and profitability of Infobip’s global Voice wholesale business.

This is a hands‑on role with real ownership over traffic growth, routing strategy, pricing, and margin optimization. You will manage Tier 1 carrier and aggregator relationships, work closely with Routing, NOC, and Revenue Assurance teams, and actively influence how voice traffic is routed and monetized across global markets.

This is not a transactional sales or account‑admin role.

This role is designed for a professional with a deep understanding of the international voice wholesale ecosystem.

What you'll do:

Voice Wholesale & Customer Ownership

  • Own and grow a portfolio of Tier 1 Voice wholesale partners (international carriers, aggregators, operators)
  • Drive traffic growth while protecting and improving gross margin (GP)
  • Actively manage pricing, bilateral agreements, and commercial terms
  • Identify and develop new routing opportunities and destinations
  • Build long‑term, trusted partnerships across the global carrier ecosystem

Traffic, Routing & Quality Management

  • Monitor and analyze traffic performance and voice quality KPIs (ASR, ACD, PDD, NER)
  • Work directly with Routing and NOC teams to optimize LCR, quality, and margin
  • React immediately to traffic drops, quality degradation, or margin erosion
  • Support onboarding of new interconnections and live traffic launches

Risk, Fraud & Market Awareness

  • Closely collaborate with Revenue Assurance to detect and prevent fraud, grey routes, and revenue leakage
  • Stay on top of market dynamics: price erosion, CLI manipulation, regulatory changes, and competitor behavior
  • Proactively flag risks and propose corrective actions

Internal Collaboration & Tools

  • Coordinate cross‑functional teams: Routing, NOC, Finance, Procurement, RA, Platform Operations
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, reporting, and opportunity tracking in Salesforce and internal tools
  • Act as a power user and provide feedback to improve traffic monitoring and analytics tools

What makes you a strong fit:

  • 4+ years of experience in international Voice Wholesale (carrier / aggregator business).
  • Strong understanding of A2P/P2P Voice, CLI, routing strategies, LCR, bilateral interconnects, and pricing models.
  • Proven experience managing high‑volume, margin‑sensitive voice traffic.
  • Deep knowledge of voice quality metrics (ASR, ACD, PDD) and how to improve them.
  • Strong commercial mindset with clear ownership of revenue, margin, and traffic growth.
  • Comfortable working in fast‑moving, dynamic pricing environments.
  • Ability to navigate complex internal organizations and work cross‑functionally.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Nice to have:

  • Existing network within the international carrier ecosystem
  • Experience with fraud prevention and RA processes
  • Understanding of regional voice regulations

Why you'll love it here:
• Financial rewards & recognition - A fair compensation aligned with your experience, industry, and market standards, performance-driven bonuses, regular reviews to support your growth and recognize your contributions, and a culture that values your impact.
• Flexible work arrangements - We combine in-person collaboration with remote work and flexible working hours, because great ideas happen everywhere - and not always between 9 and 5.
