ASI has a great opportunity for a Product Sales Lead to work in our Jacksonville, FL office. The Product Sales Lead serves as a central connection point between product teams, helping coordinate priorities, strengthen collaboration, and ensure each team has the tools, knowledge, and support needed to achieve revenue goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute product-specific sales plans that support revenue, growth, and market-penetration objectives
  • Meet or exceed assigned product sales and recurring-revenue targets by increasing new customer acquisition, subscription revenue, renewals, and expansion sales
  • Work directly with regional sales representatives, sales management, and other product sales teams
  • Generate new leads through cold calls, social media, referrals, networking, tradeshows, and other similar methods
  • Maintain a current and thorough knowledge of company products and services, the competitive landscape, target markets, and relevant industry trends
  • Lead product discovery sessions and translate customer business and operational requirements into solution recommendations and value-based sales messaging
  • Develop and maintain demonstration environments, sales tools, product collateral, and repeatable product-sales playbooks
  • Build and manage a product-focused pipeline; maintain accurate opportunity, activity, probability, next-step, and forecast information in company sales systems
  • Collaborate with Marketing on product positioning, campaigns, lead-generation activities, webinars, trade shows, and other market-development initiatives
  • Collaborate with product management and technical teams to communicate market feedback, competitive intelligence, customer requirements, and product enhancement opportunities
  • Support expansion and renewal opportunities by identifying additional use cases, users, modules, or services that provide measurable customer value
  • Provide product sales training, coaching, and deal support
  • Analyze product-sales performance, pipeline coverage, win/loss trends, and forecast data

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, economics, business, or a related field
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in business development as a staff member, contractor, or consultant
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills including persuasive writing and presentation
  • Thorough understanding of SaaS models
  • Ability to travel up to 50%

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience selling enterprise software, asset management software, or software used in maintenance, reliability, logistics, aviation, defense, or other asset-intensive industries
  • Experience with CRM, sales forecasting, product launch, and go-to-market processes
  • Experience selling to commercial organizations or government customers

  • $90,000 - $130,000 annually plus commission
