What does Access offer you?

We offer a blended approach to office working, encouraging you to collaborate and connect in one of our thriving offices. We deliver on what we say, taking the development of our people seriously. We’ll work with you to progress your success plan and provide opportunities to accelerate your career.

On top of a competitive salary, our standard 25 days holiday (which goes up the longer you’re with us), and a matched pension scheme, you’ll also be able to choose from a range of benefits to suit you. You care about customers and balance their needs with keeping services running smoothly. You’re curious, open to learning, and enjoy exploring new tools and technologies like artificial intelligence to help improve how things are done. Taking full ownership of the Risk and Resilience processes, you will work with the Head of Quality, Risk and Compliance  to  ensure  that  divisionally and centralised  focused  processes  are  suitable for  our stakeholder expectations and  related  ISO Management Systems  (ISO22301  and ISO20000).

Day to day, you will:

• Lead and improve how we manage major incidents, making sure we respond quickly and learn from every event.

• Own our disaster recovery plans, working with Product, Engineering and Cloud Hosting teams to make sure they meet recovery targets and keep data safe.

• Guide our approach to risk, resilience and compliance, supporting our work with standards such as ISO22301 and ISO20000.

• Help build a strong culture of risk awareness across Health and Social Care by supporting, educating and engaging teams.

Your skills and experiences might also include:

• Experience in managing risk, resilience, continuity or incident processes across large teams.

• Familiarity with frameworks such as Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) and Control Objectives for Information and Related Technologies (COBIT).

• Knowledge of international standards covering resilience, risk and information security, including ISO22301, ISO20000, ISO31000 and ISO27001.

• Experience in health or care settings, including clinical safety practices or data protection.
