The Research Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping our company’s strategic direction by managing internal and external research efforts. This individual will work across multiple departments to ensure research highlights key consumer insights and directly influences product development, customer experience, and business strategies.

What you will do to contribute to the company's success 

  • Research Integration: Aggregate, synthesize, and present key findings from both internal and external research sources to executives, highlighting actionable themes that drive business decisions. 

  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external research vendors, ensuring high-quality delivery of both tactical studies (e.g., market and competitor analysis) and strategic brand studies that provide insights into customer perceptions and market positioning. 

  • Internal Research Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal leaders seeking to leverage research for strategic decision-making. Provide guidance on how research can inform areas such as market expansion, product evolution, and customer segmentation. 

  • Collaboration with Product Management: Partner closely with product managers to design and implement research that supports product discovery, roadmap development, and product evolution. Help ensure that research aligns with the broader company vision and product goals. 

  • Customer Experience Advocacy:Collaborate with the Customer Experience (CX) team to amplify the voice of the customer. Use insights from research to prioritize initiatives aimed at improving customer satisfaction and experience. 

  

 

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field (Master's preferred). 

  • 5+ years of experience in market research, consumer insights, or a similar role, ideally within the telecommunications or technology sector. 

  • Proven track record of managing research vendors and delivering impactful insights to senior leadership. 

  • Strong understanding of both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies. 

  • Ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights for various stakeholders. 

  • Experience working cross-functionally, especially with product and customer experience teams.

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. 

  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with experience presenting to senior executives. 

  • Proactive, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 

  • Collaborative mindset with a focus on driving results through teamwork.
