- Responsibilities
- Solve complex product reliability ad device problems leveraging the subject matter expertise.
- Define best known methods (BKMs) for product reliability measurements.
- Collaborate with PE and GQ on test coverage and enhancement for RMA and BE fails
- Infrastructure needs and driving enhancements to Measurement Framework.
- Enhance and establish a system solution to prevent Late and Customer Events
- Lead process improvements to achieve the highest PTS yield to achieve BIC TTMCY
- Lead process improvements to achieve the highest PG yield and Automotive AE% yield improvement
- Component/module level dpm monitoring and improvement to achieve TTMDPM and TTMUE target
- Manage qual and customer samples quality and schedule to ensure time to market
