Littelfuse is looking for a Product Quality Engineer to join our Quality team. In this role you will analyse customer claims, address production concerns, and drive continuous improvement to prevent future issues. You'll have the opportunity manage product documentation, conduct process audits, and handle other tasks assigned by management.
This is an on-site position based on-site in Dole, reporting directly to the Quality Manager.
About the job:Analyze customer claims and issues, prepare engineering reports, and present findings
Implement continuous improvement strategies in production to proactively prevent potential customer complaints and provide guidance on part acceptability and quality standards
Update, revise, and create product documentation as needed
Conduct customer and internal process audits, prepare reports, and track corrective actions to completion
Actively participate in new product and process development meetings, addressing and resolving quality issues
Perform other quality-related tasks assigned by management
Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Physics or related field
At least 5 years of experience in quality department preferably in electronics, automotive or similar field
Familiar with FMEA, APQP and PPAP processes
Proven experience in problem-solving methods such as 5M, 5P, and 8D
High level of verbal and written communication skills in English language
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills
Clear and effective communication skills
Strong technical and analytical skills with high attention to detail
