WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Structure and own insurance products end-to-end across commercial (All Risk, Cyber) and personal lines (Extended Warranty, Travel, etc.), ensuring coverage relevance, pricing discipline, and scalability for digital distribution.
- Partner closely with Partnership Managers to structure and tailor products for digital and embedded solutions, translating partner needs into viable, compliant insurance propositions.
- Manage product rates and pricing frameworks, working closely with insurers to balance competitiveness, loss ratios, and underwriting appetite.
- Act as the key liaison between insurers and partners, driving alignment on product design, terms, and ongoing enhancements.
Requirements
WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU:
- Well-versed in the insurance industry, with strong exposure to both Commercial and Personal Lines.
- Proven track record in insurance broking.
- Strong writing, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Results-driven with a keen analytical ability to turn insights into action.
