⭐ Role Overview
The Program Manager plays a hands-on, execution-focused role within the R&D organization. Working closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Commercial teams, this role helps turn product strategies into actionable delivery plans and drives those plans through to completion.
Embedded within the delivery layer of the product lifecycle, this role focuses on planning execution milestones, coordinating cross-functional readiness, identifying risks early, and ensuring clear, continuous communication. The Program Manager supports the Product Operations Group Manager and acts as an orchestrator of the day-to-day details that keep programs on track and aligned with strategic goals.

  • 1. Execution Planning & Delivery Coordination
  • Translate product strategy and PRDs into clear, actionable delivery plans
  • Manage delivery milestones, schedules, and cross-team dependencies
  • Run status check-ins, escalate blockers, and ensure stakeholder alignment
  • 2. Stakeholder Coordination & Cross-Functional Alignment
  • Partner with Commercial, CS, and Marketing to ensure operational readiness
  • Ensure alignment across Product, Engineering, Design, and Ops to avoid duplication
  • 3. Sprint Execution & Risk Management
  • Monitor sprint execution, adjust to evolving priorities, and track progress
  • Identify risks, capacity constraints, and collaborate with Engineering to resolve blockers
  • 4. Launch & Rollout Support
  • Coordinate user migrations, phased rollouts, and track market impact
  • 5. Rollout Monitoring & Incident Handling
  • Track launch health using adoption metrics, support tickets, and performance data
  • Partner with Engineering to triage issues and coordinate timely fixes
  • Share rollout performance with the Product Ops Manager and surface early risks
  • 6. Post-Launch Feedback & Continuous Improvement
  • Funnel post-launch issues to Product/Engineering for triage and iteration
  • Drive cross-functional alignment to support continuous product improvements
  • Flag release risks impacting other domains and enable timely enhancements.

⭐ What makes you a great fit?

  • 2–3 years in Program Management, Delivery Management, or Technical Project Management
  • Proven experience coordinating execution plans across Product, Engineering, and GTM teams
  • Skilled in sprint tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) and delivery frameworks
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills; able to escalate issues and drive resolution
  • Highly detail-oriented, with strong ownership of timelines, risks, and quality.
