Product Program Manager, CSS - Bogota

What you’ll do
- Work alongside a software development team to track product delivery and product maintenance tasks.
- Create and maintain a published product roadmaps for teams; ensuring clarity on the key objectives of each project (Note: you will not be the product owner for the Roadmap, you will partner with the Product Manager to publish the team team’s roadmap in Jira)
- Issue triage: assist in the assignment and planning of appropriate resources for product maintenance, flagging patterns that could turn into new feature development.
- Collaborate with teams to serve as the primary point of contact during project life cycles to manage health, scope and facilitate feedback sessions; capturing customer experience and bringing these insights to the product development team.
- Set up systems for stakeholders and teams to provide visibility into project workflow, delivery tracking and product documentation.
- Facilitate & lead enablement sessions with cross-functional teams
What we’re looking for
- A minimum of 3 years handling a software product or service
- Customer obsessed
- An advanced level of English is required for the position (written and verbal)
- Experience in stakeholder management as you will have constant interaction with managers and coworkers
- Attention to detail, proven organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to instill trust and influence
