Job Title: Process Design Engineer – Water Treatment

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Chemical Engineering

We are looking for a Process Design Engineer with strong chemical engineering fundamentals to work on industrial water treatment projects. The role involves designing water treatment systems, supporting project execution, and delivering sustainable solutions from concept to commissioning.
- Design water treatment processes using lab and pilot plant data.
- Perform material & energy balance calculations and system sizing.
- Develop Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs) and engineering drawings using AutoCAD.
- Support project execution and commissioning with operations teams.
- Prepare cost estimates and evaluate design alternatives.
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and client teams to deliver projects.
- Strong knowledge of process design and engineering calculations.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel.
- Experience with Aspen/HYSYS is preferred.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- B.E./B.Tech in Chemical Engineering.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience (water treatment industry preferred).
- Strong technical fundamentals and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
