Whilst the major banks leverage this capability for their consumer and business clients, our B2B model focuses on enabling other banks, fintech’s and corporates to deliver innovative and competitive payment and digital solutions to their clients and customers.  

We are looking for a Product Pricing Manager to join our Product Solutions & Innovation team.   

The Product Pricing Manager is a strategic and analytical leader responsible for designing and executing pricing strategies that drive sustainable growth across our product portfolio of payments and data services. Reporting to the Head of Product Solutions & Innovation, this role requires a deep understanding of customer lifetime value, pricing elasticity, and the commercial trade-offs between product lines. 

This is a highly visible role across the organisation, with the ability to influence business outcomes across revenue, retention and competitive positioning. The responsibilities sitting across three key areas:  

1) Pricing Strategy and Development 

  • Evaluate the impact of product and client-specific pricing decisions across the portfolio, including bundling and subsidisation strategies, and cross-product monetisation.  

  • Lead pricing initiatives for product launches, enhancements, and go-to-market strategies.  

  • Implement sound pricing governance ie. build/maintain pricing documentation and ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory standards.   

  • Support audit and compliance activities related to pricing, billing, and revenue recognition. 

2) Commercial Analysis & Insights 

  • Partner with Product Managers to align pricing with product value propositions.   

  • Work with Client Partnerships, Strategic Growth, and Marketing to support pricing communications and deal structuring.  

  • Liaise with Finance and Legal to ensure pricing aligns with financial targets and compliance requirements.   

  • Conduct financial modelling and scenario analysis to assess pricing impact on revenue and margin.  

  • Monitor pricing performance and recommend adjustments to improve profitability and market share.   

  • Provide insights into customer behaviour, usage patterns, and price sensitivity. 

3) Billing Integration & Operationalisation 

  • Collaborate with Product Operations, Finance, and Technology teams to ensure pricing structures are accurately reflected in billing systems.  

  • Translate complex pricing models into clear billing rules and logic that support automation and scalability 

About You: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.  

  • 5+ years of experience in pricing, product management, or commercial strategy  

  • Strong understanding of product value propositions and how to monetise them effectively. 

  • Demonstrated experience working cross-functionally with Product, Finance, Legal, Marketing, and Technology teams.  

  • Familiarity with compliance, audit, and regulatory standards related to pricing and revenue recognition.

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, financial modelling, and data visualisation tools.  

  • Experience with pricing software or revenue management platforms (experience in a payments or financial services or SaaS context highly regarded).
