Job Description:

- Pricing Lead will be responsible for managing the development of new product initiatives and assisting Head of Pricing in any adhocs related to product.
Preferred skills (heading) / Compétences particulières (titre)
- Proficient in Excel, VBA Macro, AXIS
- Understand different types of products and profit drivers
- Have deep understanding of actuarial cashflows and able to quickly connect changes in assumptions with impact to profitability
- Understand the different needs of distribution
- Able to manage and lead a team of pricing analysts
- Able to communicate actuarial results and translate to recommended business decision
- Good communication skill (verbal and written) in English

- Bachelor’s degree in actuarial science or related field
- 4-7 years of pricing experience
- Actuarial exam certifications (Associate certification or higher is preferred)
