As a Product Portfolio Analyst II, you will support the planning, governance, and optimization of HERE's product portfolio. You will help ensure products are clearly positioned, aligned with strategic objectives, and effectively communicated across stakeholders.
You will also act as a subject matter expert in content specifications, contributing across the full lifecycle from conception to implementation and retirement.
Your responsibilities include:
- Manage and support the day-to-day activities of junior team members
- Maintain globally consistent content specifications for HERE Core Map across the full product lifecycle
- Design and evolve scalable content specifications aligned with HERE strategy
- Act as a point of contact for complex stakeholder inquiries, coordinating across Sales, TPM, Product, Engineering, and Quality teams
- Analyze requirements and propose solutions with clear trade-offs to support decision-making and implementation
- Facilitate communication across stakeholders, ensuring clarity, alignment, and transparency
- Develop and maintain documentation to communicate product and content specifications internally and externally
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement product and content roadmaps, including automation and validation logic

You bring:
- A bachelor's degree in business, engineering, technology, or a related field
- Significant experience in a content specification-focused role (e.g., location data, engineering, product architecture, or technical support)
- Strong understanding of HERE content specifications and product portfolio
- Analytical skills with the ability to translate complex requirements into practical solutions
- Ability to operate effectively in dynamic environments and communicate complex ideas clearly
- Experience working in matrix organizations and influencing decisions across teams
- Knowledge of data modeling and understanding of industry trends in location data
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships
- Familiarity with MS Office tools and willingness to learn tools such as DITA/Oxygen, with ability to understand JSON
- Flexibility to travel (~10%) when needed
