We are looking for a Product Partnership Lead to join our team and help us grow through strategic collaborations with banks, global platforms, and fintech enablers.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading and owning high-impact external partnerships. You will work closely with major financial institutions and distribution platforms, while aligning with internal teams to deliver scalable solutions. If you have a strong grasp of the embedded fintech ecosystem and know how to drive partnerships from idea to execution, we would love to meet you.
Lead, negotiate, and close strategic partnerships with key players (e.g., with banks, Mastercard, international enablers, distribution platforms)
Drive alignment on commercial and technical terms that unlock growth opportunities
Define and execute joint go-to-market strategies in collaboration with Product, Legal, and Sales teams
Build and manage long-term relationships with partners, serving as their trusted contact at Mono
Create and maintain a scalable play-book for onboarding and co-selling with new partners
Requirements
A strong understanding of the API and embedded fintech landscape
Excellent relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills
A structured and strategic approach to problem-solving, with experience driving complex deals from start to finish
Experience working on cross-border or regulated partnerships is a plus
