Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Owner and Project Manager to join our team. This hybrid role requires a strategic thinker who can seamlessly manage product development and roadmap together with project execution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining the product vision, managing project timelines, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality products to an important international company.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Define and communicate product vision and strategy;
- Gather and prioritize product requirements from stakeholders;
- Create and maintain product roadmaps;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on product goals;
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis;
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables;
- Coordinate and lead project meetings;
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary;
- Manage project risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution;
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, high quality, and within budget.
Essential Skills
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and their metrics;
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) and reports;
- Proven experience in people management, performance evaluations, career development plans, Individual Development Plans, and other related techniques/tools;
- Experience with Software Development Processes.
