About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Product Owner to join a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in bridging business needs and technical delivery, ensuring that products and projects are delivered efficiently and bring tangible value to stakeholders.
This role requires a highly autonomous professional capable of quickly understanding complex business environments and driving initiatives with minimal onboarding.
Key Responsibilities- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and user stories.
- Create wireframes and define user journeys and product flows.
- Build, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog.
- Prepare sprint planning sessions and closely follow development progress.

- Contribute to the successful execution of complex and cross-functional projects.
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar product management role.
- Proven experience managing software development projects using Agile methodologies.
- Strong ability to translate business requirements into actionable product specifications.
- Experience working on complex systems, integrations, or enterprise-scale projects.
- Comfortable interacting with both business and technical stakeholders.
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and rapidly understand new business contexts.

- Experience with API-based integrations and distributed systems.
- Previous experience in Telecom, Fintech, Banking, Insurance, or other highly regulated industries.
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Figma, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
- Understanding of UX/UI best practices and user-centered design methodologies.
- Experience working with international and multicultural teams.
- Exposure to cloud-based products and digital transformation initiatives.
- Basic understanding of software architecture and technical integration patterns.
