Product Owner

At Wanas Apps, we’re dedicated to delivering top-tier digital transformation solutions through Zoho and similar ERP systems. As a Product Owner, you will be a key player in translating our product vision into actionable, high-value outcomes for our clients. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize the product backlog, and ensure our Agile team is focused on delivering impactful features that enhance our clients’ business operations.

In this role, you will:

• Drive product vision by managing and prioritizing the product backlog.
  
• Define user stories and acceptance criteria that align with business objectives.
  
• Serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders and the Agile team, ensuring alignment and clear communication.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional team members, including developers, designers, and QA, to deliver high-quality, client-focused solutions.
  
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  
• Continuously gather and analyze feedback from clients and stakeholders to refine and enhance product offerings.
  

To be successful in this role, candidates should have the following qualifications:

• Experience: Proven track record as a Product Owner or in a similar role, specifically with Zoho or comparable ERP systems, including experience in implementation and customization.
  
• Agile Knowledge: Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), with experience working in Agile teams.
  
• Technical Skills: Ability to define and manage a product backlog, create user stories with clear acceptance criteria, and collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical team members.
  
• Communication: Excellent communication skills to clearly articulate product requirements, goals, and priorities to the development team and stakeholders.
  
• Analytical Ability: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a customer-centric mindset and attention to detail.
  
• Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with product management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Asana, or similar.
  
• Preferred: Certification in Agile methodologies (CSPO or equivalent) is a plus, as well as experience working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
