Your future tasks: 

• Researching, analysing and proposing business requirements and development needs, shaping the product concept, roadmap and contributing to the broader digital strategy   

• Actively contribute to the specification, assessment and commenting of user requirements for a customer-facing digital product   

• Prioritisation of product requirements, validation of development needs   

• Ongoing improvement of team members' performance, their regular evaluation and development   

• Managing relations with business partners inside and outside the department   

• Maintaining, prioritising and updating backlog items   

• Proactively contributing to the further development of already implemented functionalities, helping to elevate an established product to the next level   

What we expect from You:  

• Have some experience with complex domains, multi-vendor setups and integrating several systems at once   

• Have at least 2-3 years of Product Owner experience, preferably at a reputable digital development provider, a banking/insurance corporate or other digitally advanced multinational or scale-up  

• Hands-on experience with consumer-facing mobile applications is a strong advantage   

• Have no problem making independent decisions and have a strategic mindset   

• Results-oriented approach, structured mindset   

• Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills   

• Good communication and presentation skills   

• Familiarity with relevant regulatory and compliance frameworks (e.g. PSD2, AML, WCAG, MNB requirements) is a strong plus   

• Be proficient in Hungarian, as this is the language of our internal communicatio
  

• Be at least intermediate in English, as we have international clients as well  

• Bachelor's degree
