Responsibilities will include
- Using AI perform continuous market research and competitive analysis to identify white space opportunities and inform product strategy and prioritization.
- Apply deep domain expertise in Payment Gateways, Merchant Acquiring, and the end-to-end flow of funds to guide feature development.
- Develop and execute the product roadmap for delivery-related features and functionalities, aligning with business objectives and client needs.
- Define and prioritize product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, ensuring clear communication and alignment across teams.
- Maintain product and team backlog by organizing and keeping development teams productive.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including software development and customer success teams, to prioritize delivery-related initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in product management or related roles, preferably in the software industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work split shifts, including evenings.
- Experience with agile development methodologies and tools such as Jira.
- Understand technical challenges and clearly articulate solutions to various stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable plans.

- Hands-on experience in AI Rapid Prototyping.
- Working experience with Payment service providers(PSPs).
- Knowledge on US Payments ACH, RTP and Cards is an added advantage.
- Certification in Design Thinking for product management
- Ability to optimize SQL queries and effectively understand and communicate triggers is a plus
- Knowledge of property management software or related industries.
