What You’ll Do
- Support the Product Manager in planning and evolving the roadmap;
- Manage, refine, prioritize, and plan the Product Backlog;
- Identify opportunities for improvements or new features through analysis and research.
- Translate business needs into functional and feasible solutions focused on user value;
- Analyze and detail requirements and business rules with clients and business areas, acting as a bridge between technical and business teams;
- Create User Stories and functional documentation with clear acceptance criteria;
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of product and process documentation;
- Review and update functional specifications based on alternatives presented by the development team;
- Assess impacts related to scope/functionality changes and product usability;
- Validate deliverables and requirement changes, ensuring value and traceability.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Review, Retrospective) and remove impediments;
- Lead refinement activities and support technical estimation with the team, ensuring clarity and readiness (Definition of Ready);
- Assist in scope decisions based on effort, impact, and feasibility.
- Act as the main point of alignment with business areas, technical teams, and stakeholders;
- Manage expectations with internal and external clients, ensuring transparency and predictability;
- Collaborate with the team to ensure understanding of business needs and value delivery;
- Negotiate priorities with stakeholders, balancing business demands and team capacity.
- Participate in functional testing and user acceptance alongside Implementation and Clients;
- Monitor metrics, assess impacts of changes, and track adoption after launch;
- Promote continuous improvement of team processes and strategies (Development, QA, DevOps) and maintain updated documentation.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields;
- Practical experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role in an Agile environment;
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban);
- Familiarity with the entire software product development lifecycle;
- Experience with backlog management, User Stories, refinement, and prioritization;
- Experience in requirements gathering, specification, and modeling for software projects;
- Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and business profiles;
- Knowledge of web applications and essential technical concepts for decision-making;
- Advanced English for interaction with international stakeholders.
Nice to Have
- Certifications in Product Management or Agile (CSPO, PSPO, SAFe);
- Experience with management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence;
- Knowledge of UX/UI and Design Thinking;
- Understanding of Customer Experience and Product Discovery;
- Experience with SaaS or EdTech products;
- Familiarity with product metrics and KPIs;Knowledge of QA and DevOps practices.
