The Role
We are seeking an experienced Product Owner with a strong focus on technical documentation and process definition to bring structure, clarity, and alignment to complex, technology-driven initiatives.

Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring stories and acceptance criteria are clear and technically accurate.
- Work closely with engineering and DevOps teams to gather, clarify, and document technical requirements.
- Create and maintain high-quality technical documentation, including process flows, system architecture overviews, deployment workflows, runbooks, and user guides, standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Support sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives by providing detailed documentation and clarity on scope.
- Partner with stakeholders to track progress, dependencies, and risks.
- Maintain alignment between requirements, delivered functionality, and documentation.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst in a technology-driven environment.
- Strong ability to create clear, structured technical documentation for complex systems.
- Experience working with engineering, DevOps, or infrastructure teams.
- Familiarity with SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and DevOps concepts.
- Experience with documentation tools such as Confluence, Jira, SharePoint, or similar.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to translate technical language into business-ready documentation.
