We are looking for a Product Owner to support AI automation initiatives within the newly formed Data & AI Delivery team. The team’s mission is to centrally manage portfolio, demand, capacity, and stakeholder relationships across the CoE.

As Product Owner, you will drive the development and successful implementation of data models, tools, and platforms across NN International. Your focus will be on maximizing the value these solutions deliver to business units by managing the product backlog, aligning with stakeholder needs, and making informed decisions that support strategic objectives. You’ll streamline delivery, improve consistency, and accelerate adoption of data-driven solutions. Your work will directly contribute to smarter decision-making and stronger business performance across the organization.
The tasks you will perform
Define the product vision, goals, and roadmap in collaboration with business owners and stakeholders.
Ensure the quality, effectiveness, and international readiness of data models, tools, and platform implementations.
Prioritize the product backlog based on stakeholder needs, business value, and feasibility.
Manage and refine user stories with clear acceptance criteria throughout the product lifecycle.
Coordinate with development teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery and alignment.
Monitor trends and best practices in data product development and apply relevant insights.
Identify and mitigate risks related to data quality, technical challenges, and compliance.
What we expect from you
2–5 years of experience in business analysis, product ownership, or project delivery.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Strong understanding of business objectives and ability to align product strategy accordingly.
Experience or strong interest in AI tools and data-driven technologies.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and business teams.
Curiosity, adaptability, and a proactive approach to innovation and continuous improvement.
Advanced English proficiency for working in a diverse, international environment.

If the initial conversation goes well, you’ll be invited to two interview rounds. The first round will ideally take place in person at our Prague office (or online) with Dana (Hiring Manager) and Marek. In the second round, you’ll meet several members of the team you may soon be joining.
