The Opportunity

As Product Owner, you will help maximise the value of the product to the customer by ensuring that the highest priority item flows through the system. This is an exceptional opportunity for an amazing Product Owner to join a world class Junifer team focused on Delivering Tomorrow Today

The Specifics 

• Have a good understanding of billing systems in the utilities industry and how customers and prospects use the platform to manage their energy business.
• Understanding customer requirements and how they might impact the product solution
• Be able to demonstrate the product to customers and understand the value it can deliver
• Write user stories to capture the configuration needed to meet customer requirements
• Write user stories and work with the engineering teams to deliver changes to the product to meet customer requirements
• Break down user stories with a clear focus on delivering increments of customer value
• Prioritize and streamline the creation of releases of product increments to customers
• Help team members understand the value a user story will deliver
• Attend the Scrum meetings and run backlog refinement sessions

What we're looking for (you don’t need to be a guru at all, we’re looking forward to coaching and collaborating with you):

To be successful in this role, you will have strong Product Ownership experience as well as good knowledge of billing systems in the utilities industry. You will ideally have data analysis and User Experience Analysis knowledge, as well as an understanding of the utilities industry.

Additionally, you will preferably have experience working in the technology industry, ideally with a software vendor. Furthermore, you have great stakeholder management skills as well as a customer-centric approach, our customers are at the heart of everything we do.
