Position Details:
We are looking for a Product Owner to join our Agile team and lead the charge in building groundbreaking software solutions. In this role, you’ll bridge the gap between business goals and technical execution, collaborating closely with our Engineering Manager, and Engineering Teams.
This is the perfect time to join Pixelocracy during an exciting phase of growth, where your contributions will shape both our products and processes. As a member of our product team, a snapshot of your day-to-day would include:
- Be involved in product lifecycle management across all stages.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and refine product vision and roadmap.
- Own and prioritize the product backlog to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Work closely with development teams to create product requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all product-related queries.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Ensure product deliverables meet quality standards and customer expectations.
- Analyze and incorporate user feedback and market trends to iterate on the product.
- Facilitate effective communication between business stakeholders and technical teams.
Requirements
To thrive in this role, you should bring:
- At least 2 years of experience in a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role within Agile teams.
- A basic understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with tools like Click Up,Jira, Confluence, or other product management software.
- Familiarity with modern tech stacks (e.g., Python/Django, JS/React, AWS) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Passionate about translating business needs into product requirements.
- Analytical mindset and a problem-solving attitude.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
