The Product Owner – Case & Tote NA will lead the development of next-generation conveyor systems, within Vanderlande’s Technology group. This role is pivotal in aligning product vision with business strategy, managing stakeholder relationships, and guiding cross-functional Agile teams to deliver innovative logistics automation solutions.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Define and communicate a clear product roadmap aligned with Vanderlande’s strategic goals.
• Act as the primary liaison between business units, customers, and development teams.
• Provide direction to Agile teams by setting definition of done and acceptance criteria.
• Manage and prioritize the team backlog, balancing short-term and long-term goals.
• Incorporate customer and end-user feedback to drive continuous product improvement.
• Monitor KPIs, timelines, and deliverables to ensure quality and performance standards.
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, IT, or Product Management.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role in technology or logistics automation.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Background in Electromechanical or PLC development.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Proven experience leading product development for complex technical systems.
• Familiarity with lightweight, modular design principles in industrial systems.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to translate high-level requirements into actionable plans.
• Passion for technology and sustainability in logistics automation.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements:
Office-based role located in Marietta, GA. May require occasional visits to warehouse or industrial environments.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
Full-Time. Standard business hours with flexibility as needed for global collaboration.
Travel:
Occasional travel may be required for stakeholder meetings, site visits, or global team collaboration, up to 10%, domestic and international.
