We are looking for an experienced Product Owner to lead the development and management of innovative digital products, with a particular focus on solutions based on Generative AI and emerging technologies.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Product Strategy: Define and implement the roadmap of innovative digital products, with a particular focus on Gen AI solutions;
• Stakeholder Management: Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and interface with internal and external customers to collect requirements and feedback;
• Digital Innovation: Identify market opportunities and technological trends to develop new digital solutions Backlog Management: Manage and prioritize the product backlog in Agile/Scrum methodology;
• Go-to-Market: Collaborate with marketing and sales teams for the launch of new products
• Analytics & Performance: Monitor product KPIs and define success metrics;
• Compliance: Ensure regulatory compliance, particularly in the financial and insurance sectors.
   

Essential Requirements Experience:

• 5-10 years of experience as Product Owner;
• Digital Innovation: Proven experience in managing innovative digital products;
• Generative AI: In-depth knowledge of Gen AI technologies (LLM, ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) and their business applications;
• Agile Methodologies: Consolidated experience in Scrum/Kanban methodologies;
• Technical Skills: Understanding of software architectures, APIs, cloud computing;
• Degree: Preferably in Engineering, Computer Science, Economics or similar disciplines
• Languages: Native Italian, fluent English;
   

Preferred Requirements Financial Sector:

• Experience in banking and/or insurance;
• Regulation: Knowledge of financial sector regulations (GDPR, Mifid II);
• UX/UI: Experience in user-centered design.
