The Role
What you will do. A glimpse in your role: 

We are looking for a talented Technical Product Owner to join our international Scrum team to the security field. You will help improve, extend and integrate our technical solutions, administrative tools, backend services and platform components with a strong focus on stability, performance, and scalability. As a product owner, you will represent the business interests within the tech team, and technical perspectives to security stakeholders.

Your responsibilities include: 

  • Product strategy and road mapping: help build and maintain the product roadmap aligned with business goals and stakeholder needs; contribute to vision and strategy development.

  • Solution shaping: work with enterprise and solution architects and development team to design scalable, reliable technical solutions aligned with product strategy.

  • Requirement analysis: conduct detailed analysis of business requirements, translating them into technical requirements; ensure all stakeholder requirements are understood and addressed.

  • Stakeholder management: engage stakeholders to gather feedback, manage expectations and communicate progress; ensure transparency and alignment between technical teams and business units.

  • Security collaboration: ensure that all implemented features meet security standards and compliance requirements, and are documented for audit and traceability purposes.

  • Cross department collaboration: ensure that cross department needs are collected, analyzed, harmonized and transformed so redundancies are eliminated and they get aligned with product strategy.

  • Documentation and training: ensure comprehensive documentation of the product features, functionalities and processes; provide training and support to users and stakeholders as required.

  • Agile development: act as Product Owner in a scrum setting, managing the product backlog, prioritizing features, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality components; participate in sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives.

  • You have exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly and effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

  • You have leadership skills with the ability to inspire and lead cross-functional teams. Proven ability to collaborate effectively with developers, designers and business stakeholders. 

  • You have strong analytical skills, with the mindset of engaging with details, ensuring the accuracy and quality of work.

  • You are a team player and cooperative attitude for cross department collaboration.

  • You demonstrate strategic thinking and an open-minded approach.

Key competencies to empower your journey. You'll drive towards success if: 
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or Information Technology. Master’s degree is a plus.

  • Proven experience in security related projects like single-sign-on, authentication, access management, access enforcement. PCI-DSS, PSD2, payment authorization, card processing, token management as analyst, project manager, architect, compliance or security expert or as other specialist.

  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or certificates in Project management and other certificates from security domain would be a trust building factor.

  • Experience in creating multi-year product roadmaps, resource and budget plans, negotiate priorities and aligning interests across multiple stakeholders.

  • Experience with identity providers, access management tools, security protocols, authentication and authorization methods, API gateways, reverse-proxies, creating function-role matrix is a plus.

  • Good understanding of OIDC flows is a must.

  • Experience with SAML, RADIUS, Kerberos, MFA is a plus.

  • Basic experience with REST API client tools (like Postman or Swagger) is necessary.

  • Moderated SQL experience is necessary.

  • Fluent in English.
