- 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Architecture, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in gathering and analyzing requirements using various methodologies.
- Proven ability to present effectively both internally and to customers.
- Strong experience in requirements analysis, with the ability to manage and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Excellent analytical, assessment, and evaluation skills.
- Hands-on experience in writing requirements, user stories, and designing solutions.
- Background in library sciences field.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodology and best practices.
- Experience working as a Product owner with GenAI product.
- Ownership of requirement specifications and prioritizations, and other related documents including user stories and acceptance criteria, using JIRA tickets and Confluence.
- Participate in daily meetings with the development team. Prepare sprint planning and manage the backlog.
- Liaise with all project stakeholders from specifications to development and testing.
- Involved in client workshops and presentations to gather and validate user requirements.
- Work with UI/UX to create the necessary prototypes, wireframes, and use cases.
- Perform research and analysis of new product features/requirements.
