AlGooru is a Saudi-based learning platform that offers 1-on-1 private tutoring services in a variety of academic and recreational subjects. It is the first licensed private tutoring platform in Saudi Arabia, approved by the National e-Learning Center (NELC). AlGooru provides tailored educational support to students, and it's backed by several renowned investors including Constructor Capital, Techstars, Plug & Play, Raz Group, RZM Investment, and prestigious institutions like KAUST, Hub71, and MiSK.

The Role Highlights
Main Responsibilities:
- Responsible for everything related to our mobile application, websites, and dashboards including ensuring that they are running smoothly and as per our requirements.
- Main point of contact between the development team and the company’s business users.
- Responsible for analyzing app-related and operation-related data to develop new ideas and enhancements.
A day in your life
Quality Assurance & Testing
- Ensure that we never go live with a release unless it has been tested and verified
- Ensure that business users are aware and trained on all new releases
- Ensure that all business users are satisfied with a release before we go live
- Report and monitor any bugs
New Requirements Documentations
- Work closely with Product Manager to develop Product strategy & roadmap
- Conduct User interviews to gain new insights about our products
- Collect and suggest new requirements and enhancements for our products
- Write clear Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) that allow developers to implement our requirements flawlessly
- Suggest new ideas & potential enhancements to our products
- Communicate with the development team to make sure new requirements are clear before development starts
- Ensure POCs are aware of new releases and on-going sprints
Data Analysis
- Ensure that all data related to our products are tracked accurately
- Work with Data team to create automated reports for different departments across the company
- Track & analyze data/reports to find bugs or areas of exploration
You’re the Product Owner we’re looking for if you have:
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role, with a strong focus on website development and optimization
- Knowledge in HubSpot is a PLUS
- Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data to make informed product decisions
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically
- Familiarity with product management tools, such as Jira, Trello, or Asana
- Knowledge of UX/UI principles and experience in working closely with design teams
- Understanding of technology trends and the ability to translate them into product opportunities
- Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
