Your challenge

  • As the Product Owner, you're working on the API product.

  • More specifically, being a Product Owner in the team means you:


  • Collaborate with the Engineering team to translate product roadmap into user stories.
  • Develop and maintain an appropriately prioritized backlog of user stories for implementation, while maintaining the Kanban board with Jira.
  • Work with the vendor for the product’s front-end.
  • Own the end-to-end delivery of product features and client integrations: from specifications and acceptance criteria to functional tests and validation.
  • Perform functional tests & check the technical functioning of the APIs: analyze the results observed and document the identified causes.
  • Work with managers and technical leads to determine the scope and priorities for the products’ development cycles and also help with the roadmap’s creation.
  • Facilitate agile rituals such as stand ups, monthly reviews and technical grooming sessions.
  • Participate in the creation of a documentation on API functionalities, algorithmic mechanisms and product integrations.

Your interest and skills

  • You have a solid understanding of REST APIs and experience with tools like Postman.
  • Knowledge of wireframing and front-end development is a plus.
  • You’ve worked with cross-functional teams to define needs, including conducting requirements analysis, managing resources, and handling scope, scheduling, and risk mitigation.
  • You’ve actively participated in periodic release cycles and understand the process.
  • You have a strong appreciation for user experience, particularly in creative industries.
  • You possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills that allow you to connect effectively with diverse teams.
  • You're a quick learner with a hands-on mentality, you thrive in an autonomous role while staying adaptable and solution-oriented.
  • You’re a true team player with a positive, upbeat attitude and the ability to adapt to change.
  • Last but not least, you are fluent in both French and English.
