The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Owner to join our team and drive the development of our CRM software product. The ideal candidate will possess 2 to 4 years of strong experience as a Product Owner and preferably have a technical background. This role requires excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of agile methodologies, and the ability to work closely with a development team based in India.
What You’ll Do
Product Requirements:
Define and decompose requirements to communicate product features in alignment with the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements, and translate them into actionable user stories and features.
Backlog Management:
Create, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog, ensuring that it is clear, concise, and aligned with the product vision.
Work closely with the development team to refine and clarify user stories, acceptance criteria, and deliverables.
Collaboration:
Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, customers, and the development team.
Foster a collaborative and transparent environment, facilitating communication and alignment across all parties.
Agile Methodologies:
Lead agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Ensure that the development team understands the product goals and is aligned with the sprint objectives.
Product Development:
Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.
Monitor and evaluate product progress at each stage of the development process, ensuring that the final product meets quality standards and user expectations.
Market Analysis:
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adjust the product strategy as needed.
What You’ll Bring
Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven experience as a Product Owner, preferably within the CRM software domain.
Technical Background: A strong technical background is preferred, with the ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, manage trade-offs, and evaluate new ideas.
Agile Expertise: Deep understanding of agile methodologies and experience leading agile teams.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Team Player: A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
