About the role:

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for product management and integration? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you! As a Product Owner at Zone & Co, you'll lead the integration of Solution 7 into our existing product ecosystem. You’ll work closely with cross-functional remote teams and ensure the product roadmap aligns with our vision and goals, all while fostering a seamless integration process.

Responsabilities:

Lead Integration Strategy:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive integration plan for Solution 7, ensuring alignment with Zone & Co.'s overall strategy.

Collaborate Across Teams:

• Work with stakeholders from GoToMarket, Services, and Customer Success to coordinate product feature integration.

Drive Product Management Processes:

• Implement agile methodologies to manage the product lifecycle, from backlog grooming to sprint planning and product release management.

Be the Go-To Expert:

• Act as the primary contact for integration-related matters, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration between the Solution 7 team and existing teams.

Foster Team Cohesion:

• Help onboard Solution 7 team members, support their understanding of company culture, and create a productive, collaborative work environment.

Strategize for Success:

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product decisions and develop a strategy that leverages the strengths of Solution 7 within Zone & Co.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of product management experience, particularly in integration projects.
• Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage complex projects, and navigate a remote environment.
• Experience with market analysis, strategic planning, and FP&A processes, including financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Familiarity with cloud ERPs, CRMs, and related platforms is a plus.
