Position Summary:

In the Product Owner position, you’ll be a member of software product development scrum teams accountable for maximizing the realized value of a team's work. You will work closely with key stakeholders through the full lifecycle of product development, evaluating product progress & quality along the way. You will excel at making fast and continuous decisions within the backlog to maximize team performance and help to meet business objectives.

Translates product strategy and roadmap to technology features
What You’ll Do and Impact:

Manage backlog by refining features, creating user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and ensuring alignment with strategy.

Prioritize backlog to drive critical customer and business outcomes, maintaining clear communication on prioritization and progress.

Engage with stakeholders to ensure transparency of priorities, outcomes, and expectations, while assisting in requirements gathering and analysis.

Collaborate with product management, customers, and internal teams to contribute to the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.

Lead sprint reviews to engage stakeholders, validate work, and gather feedback.

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, and SMEs, to plan development, set sprint goals, and clarify requirements and priorities.

Provide ongoing support and direction to the development team throughout the product development process.

Track development progress using agile methods, analyze product performance, and make informed priority and scope decisions based on situational data.
Experience:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or other technical area
-
3+ years of related experience
-
Experience working within an Agile environment, and utilizing Scrum project management processes
