We are seeking a dynamic Senior Program Manager to join our team, playing a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations, effective communication, and successful project management across various time zones. This is an exciting opportunity to be a trailblazer in an ever-changing company expanding operations in a new location. As a liaison between global teams and stakeholders, you will be responsible for orchestrating processes, facilitating seamless communication, and overseeing the execution of cross-functional operations programs on behalf of the product engineering organization. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

Product Operations Manager 

Process Optimization & Onboarding: Analyze existing processes and workflows, identifying opportunities for improvement and efficiency gains. Implement streamlined procedures to enhance productivity and quality of deliverables. Support the India team expansion by onboarding new team members to the company SDLC and GTM processes. 

Communication Facilitation: Serve as the central point of contact for India teams to ensure clear and consistent communication across different time zones. Foster collaboration and transparency to maintain alignment on project objectives and milestones such as accomplishments, key decisions and risks. 

Global Coordination: Effectively manage operations and communications in a global environment, bridging the gap between teams situated in different time zones. Coordinate schedules and meetings to accommodate diverse working hours and maximize productivity. 

Project Management: Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of internal operations programs, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and deliverable specifications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success. 

Risk Assessment & Tracking: Work across product and engineering teams to track risks related to India operations and track for executive reporting. 

Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including product development, sales, and customer support teams. Act as a trusted advisor to teams, understanding their needs and providing solutions to drive mutual success. 

Vendor Management: Work with our external staffing partners to ensure success in various endeavors required to support our strategic growth. 

JOB REQUIREMENTS 

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred. 

  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in operations management, project management, or related roles within the tech industry. 

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex processes and identify improvement opportunities. 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. 

  • Demonstrated ability to independently thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high degree of ambiguity. 

  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira) and collaboration platforms (e.g., Slack, Microsoft Teams). 

  • Flexibility to accommodate varying working hours and travel requirements as needed.
