  • Partner with stakeholders, UX/Design, Operations, and engineering teams to refine requirements and deliver customer-centric solutions.

  • Support Agile ceremonies, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, while providing ongoing clarification to delivery teams.

  • Define test scenarios and acceptance criteria; collaborate with QA and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure quality delivery.

  • Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the delivery team, managing priorities, risks, dependencies, and issue resolution.

  • Lead or support initiatives involving business process transformation, platform implementations, plan conversions, or data migration efforts, ensuring business requirements and operational impacts are fully understood.

  • Analyze business processes, data flows, operational impacts, and cross-functional dependencies to support successful solution delivery and implementation readiness.

  • Coordinate testing, validation, deployment readiness, and post-implementation support activities to ensure successful business outcomes.

  • Provide clear and effective communication regarding progress, risks, decisions, and delivery milestones.

  • Drive continuous improvement through feedback, metrics, lessons learned, and iterative delivery practices.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in product, business analysis, operations, project delivery, or related business functions, including 2+ years supporting Agile/SAFe teams as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role.

  • Experience owning and prioritizing backlogs, developing user stories, and supporting end-to-end delivery.

  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex business and technology dependencies across multiple teams.

  • Experience supporting requirements gathering, UAT, release readiness, implementation, and post-production support.

  • Experience supporting business transformation, platform modernization, conversion, migration, or implementation initiatives preferred.

  • Knowledge of business process analysis, operational impacts, data mapping, data validation, reconciliation, and implementation of readiness activities is a plus.
