Invent Consulting Limited is seeking an experienced Product Owner to join our consulting team. The successful candidate will be deployed to support the delivery and management of an innovative digital product for one of our clients. This role requires a strategic thinker who can bridge business needs and technology solutions while ensuring the successful delivery of value-driven products.
- Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Gather, analyze, and prioritize business and user requirements.
- Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
- Work closely with cross-functional Agile teams to deliver high-quality product features.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, designers, developers, testers, and project teams throughout the product lifecycle.
- Accept completed work and ensure deliverables meet defined acceptance criteria.
- Monitor product performance and customer feedback to drive continuous improvements.
- Support product launches and recommend enhancements based on user insights and business needs.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate product progress effectively.
RequirementsQualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or in a similar product management role.
- Demonstrated experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and Agile delivery methodologies.
- Experience delivering digital products within the banking, financial services, fintech, or technology sectors is highly desirable.
- Certification such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO), or equivalent Agile certification is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
- Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering business value.
- Ability to prioritize competing requirements and make informed decisions.
- Strong planning, organization, and collaboration skills.
