The Opportunity
As a Product Owner & Technical Lead you will play a pivotal role in building the future of HR through technology. You will lead the design and delivery of HR Digital Partner [the Product] - an advanced Conversational AI companion, designed to empower our HR Teams, enhance HR experiences, and simplify, standardize, and automate HR processes.
Responsibilities

  • Manage key relationships with business and function stakeholders in HR, DDT and other BUs to surface and deliver on business opportunities and outcomes.
  • Lead the development of multiple product strategies, long-term roadmaps and drive the product priority-setting of capabilities and features in response to business needs.
  • Proactively monitor and maintain product related end-to-end customer/business experiences and influence relevant stakeholders to support and deliver successful product releases.
  • Prioritize the backlog and investments to optimize time savings and employee satisfaction across the enterprise to maximize ROI.
  • Engage and align with HR stakeholders and DDT on current business plans, strategies and future opportunities and developments, providing product recommendations to build a pipeline of meaningful releases.
  • Engage key stakeholders across business and technology to understand their capability and feature needs to drive the development of a product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
  • Use broad knowledge of AI and Intelligent Automation to develop prototypes and to develop a roadmap for ongoing and new product developments.
  • Work closely with development teams to create new business product releases focusing on additional and/or new functionality, product simplification and enhancements.
  • Drive the product planning fitting in long-term roadmaps and aligned with short-term release plans.
  • Drive prioritization of the product backlog to keep agile teams unblocked and aligned.
  • Manage and take responsibility for sustainability of the end-to-end customer experience of developed product.
  • Estimate approximate workload requirements and timeline predictions for the development team and continuously monitor and prioritize product developments and workflow and capacity to deliver the most value to users.
  • Communicate issues and successes up and down in project groups, HR and DDT partners.
  • Oversee and manage product budgets, established in consultation with stakeholders, by balancing new development and ongoing maintenance of the product.
  • Monitor and refine the product in partnership with service management teams to continuously optimize user experiences.
  • Partner with the Change Management Lead to deliver organizational change management (OCM) and documentation about product to ensure business readiness for product releases/evolution.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment, manage expectations, and address concerns related to deployment of new tools and processes.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging tools related to HR technologies.
  • All other duties reasonably required of the position.


Skills and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 10 years or more of relevant professional experience.
  • Experience as senior product owner or lead designing digital experiences
  • 6 years of more experience leading IT projects in SCRUM / Lean / Kanban methodologies
  • Proven track record of getting things done in complex organizations
  • Understanding and experience with the capabilities of GenAI & Intelligent Automation Frameworks
  • Experience in stakeholder relationship management. Influence in orchestrating key stakeholders and product teams to turn product vision into reality.
  • Familiarity working in a lean and agile software delivery team.
  • Work with virtual/agile teams in various locations, aligning and adapting different work, culture, and communication styles.


Preferred:

  • Experience with data driven product design using metrics to drive product decisions
  • Focus on continuous improvement and experience with change management and internal communications
  • Ability to influence across business units
  • Professional in-depth knowledge of technology product management in pharmaceutical industry.
  • Extensive experience in design or implementation of solutions or products, and preferably experience in quality improvement.
  • Understanding of design thinking and ability to explain technical concepts and convince stakeholders.
  • Extensive project management experience.
  • Proven track record of developing and exploiting deep customer insights as an accomplished practitioner of design thinking.
  • Demonstrated experience and success in creative problem solving.

Salary
As a motivated employee, you should be compensated appropriately. The minimum salary for this position is € 4450 per month (full time), but your final remuneration package may be higher depending on your qualifications and experience.
