Role Summary
Owns assigned platforms for Investment Product & Retirement Content and Global Product Marketing teams. Primary expected systems are Seismic and Workfront. Partners with business partners and vendors to create and execute on product strategy. Leverages insights gained from client interactions to recommend enhanced processes, reports, tools, etc. Provides system support and guidance to internal clients on troubleshooting and optimizing their use of enablement platforms and tools to improve effectiveness. Provides regular reporting and recommendations for associated action items. Owns and oversees content governance activities across multiple platforms.
Responsibilities
- Product Ownership — Acts as the owner and main point of contact for assigned platforms (Seismic & Workfront) used by the Investment Product & Retirement Content and Global Product Marketing teams. Partners with various teams such as marketing, distribution, legal, compliance, finance, technology, and design to ensure that solutions are compliant, client-centric, and in line with brand standards. Leads enhancement requests, implementation of new functionality, process/standards changes, etc. Represents the teams as a technical expert and problem solver.
- Process Improvements — Proactively assesses processes and seeks feedback from platform users. Identifies and pursues products and features/functions to meet and/or exceed standards for business performance, client satisfaction, compliance, and operational efficiency. Consistently research, test, document, and communicate process improvement opportunities using a consultative approach.
- User Support — Supports Investment Product & Retirement Content and Global Product Marketing teams in the onboarding, training, and ongoing coaching of assigned platforms. Creates and maintains job aids and reference guides for users. Provides troubleshooting user support to work through complex scenarios and develop solutions.
- Reporting & Governance — Closely monitors, analyzes, and interprets reporting & metrics to assess the performance of products against key performance indicators. Creates actionable reporting/dashboards to show results, identify trends, and highlight opportunities. Oversee various governance activities to ensure content is up-to-date, compliant, and easy to find & use.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience AND
- 5+ years of total relevant work experience
Preferred:
- Experience working with content management and workflow systems and repositories, especially Seismic and Workfront.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a deadline-driven environment
- A willingness to learn new things and a positive attitude
- Strong communication and problem solving skills

Work Flexibility
This role is eligible for hybrid work, with up to one day per week from home.
Base Salary Ranges

$96,500.00 - $164,000.00 for the location of: Maryland, Colorado, Washington and remote workers$105,000.00 - $180,000.00 for the location of: Washington, D.C.
$120,000.00 - $205,000.00 for the location of: New York, California
Placement within the range provided above is based on the individual’s relevant experience and skills for the role. Base salary is only one component of our total compensation package. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, which is determined upon company and individual performance.
