⭐ Join us as a SAP Product Owner to own and manage our core financial system S/4HANA Public Cloud and SAP PaPM Accounting Rule Engine (ARE). You will be instrumental in shaping the future of our financial stack as we scale our operations across Europe.

Working closely with Marie Brandicourt in the Finance Transformation team, you will be at the heart of ensuring robust financial data management and system integration.

👩‍💻🧑‍💻 As a SAP Product Owner at Qonto, you will:

- Own the design, configuration, and maintenance of S/4HANA Public Cloud and SAP PaPM Accounting Rule Engine (ARE), ensuring system stability, data integrity, and optimal performance

- Implement accounting rules in SAP ARE to handle millions of transactions from Qonto’s Core Banking System, based on business requirements

- Collaborate with Accounting, Product Managers, and Backend Engineers to integrate new features and ensure proper accounting treatment

- Lead strategic projects related to SAP implementation and upgrades

- Lead all support, request processing, problem detection and resolution activities, including incoming and outgoing interfaces

- Work closely with the Corporate Automation technical team (development, parameterization, technical production, etc.) and Finance Transformation Project Managers

- Maintain comprehensive documentation of all processes and configurations and manage IT audit on your scope

🤝 About your future Manager 

Marie Brandicourt is the Lead Finance Transformation at Qonto. She plays a key role in shaping Qonto’s financial systems and processes. As Lead Finance Transformation, she drives operational efficiency, governance, and strategic improvements within the Finance team.

Her path?

Marie has been instrumental in strengthening Qonto’s financial infrastructure. She built the Procurement function from the ground up, implemented key financial tools such as Coupa, OCR, and expense management systems, and led process efficiency projects. She also oversees the governance of internal controls, ensuring robust financial operations.

What does she bring to the team?

Marie combines technical expertise with a strategic mindset to enhance financial processes at Qonto. Her ability to implement and optimize reporting tools, procurement workflows, and expense management solutions streamlines operations and supports the company’s growth. She is very supportive of her teams and will help you grow into the role.

🏅 About You

- Experience: Minimum 6 years of experience in SAP system administration, preferably in a fintech or banking environment

- SAP Modules: Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud is required, knowledge of SAP PaPM Accounting Rule Engine (ARE) is a plus

- Project Management: Proven experience in managing complex system implementations and upgrades

- Business understanding: Knowledge of Accounting & Financial Reporting processes is a plus

- Communication: Ability to bridge technical and business requirements, working effectively with diverse stakeholders

- English: Fluent English is required; French is a plus
