In this role you will represent the voice of the business by performing research, design, and development, translating complex business requirements into actionable features, user stories and changes. This is a cross-functional liaison role that reviews requirements and performance against expectations and coordinates/facilitates or influences changes to product to achieve optimal performance. You will work with internal and external business partners to recommend future directions, respond to inquiries, and ensure alignment to business goals. Positions in this function are accountable for delivering sustainable, financially sound solutions that solve a specific problem and enable successful external product delivery and/or internal business function performance, while driving adoption with internal business clients and define future capability direction that supports business strategy and new opportunities.
You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Facilitates stakeholder meetings with line-of-business operational managers to ensure platform direction for each area and manages documenting changes as needed
- Create user stories/requirements, work with stakeholders to identify ROI/business value; leads prioritization of backlog
- Provide high quality support and documentation for all users of the Banking platforms
- Collaborate with System Analysts and architecture to identify solutions to meet business requirements and understand business impact of technical decisions
- Provide explanations and information to Agile teams, stakeholders, managers
- Prepares and presents information to leadership for next steps and decision making
- Actively participate in Agile team processes and help implement process changes related to Agile
- Represents business interests and requirements on the Agile teams
- Lead, Build and maintain a backlog/inventory of system and business requirements to quickly react to additional enhancement capacity
- Provides directions to business analysts and IT resources within the Agile team to ensure highest value is delivered
- Technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Banking systems (SIFS, OFIN, GEFT)
- High-level knowledge of the business process
- Liaise with solution architects, developers, and QA testers throughout the project lifecycle
- Focus on program / project budgets and timelines
- Ensure test plans thoroughly test all functionality (existing and new)
- Assist in resolving production issues
- Maintain collaborative working relationships with project leadership, business and application teams

Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a capability/process owner/manager, business/product analyst, or in related field supporting process improvement
- Experience of managing business partners in a matrix organization
- Experience working directly with senior level business stakeholders
- Solid working knowledge of how to execute on project deliverables in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to lead a team and influence individuals outside of one's direct reporting structure
- Proven to drives consistency and efficiencies on implementation execution, demonstrates professional competence, works with minimal supervision and is self-motivated and reliable
- Proven ability to develop solid networks and ensure collaboration and consensus building
- Proven ability to communicate complex and technical issues to diverse audiences
- Proven ability to work with business process owners and identify solutions that support business process improvements
- Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize deliverables
Preferred Qualification:
- IT development (i.e. Cobol)

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $91,700 to $163,700 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
