Job Description

The Product Owner is responsible for creating product vision of developed/delivered product (ex. software/application) and align product roadmap to a strategic goals of DTAG or other DTAG companies. Bridge between client and delivery organization. Acts as a voice of client for assuring most effective balance between client's requirements and product value. Acts as an ambassador of the product for internal as well as for external business partners.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Primary contact for the business side, definition of customers requirements and their prioritization together with development team.
- Defining user stories and prioritizing the team’s backlog to streamline the execution of program priorities.
- Draft key objectives, strategies and apply the data for product to make business decisions.
- Leading new release cycles (works council, PSA process, deployment, communication) together with the product manager.
- Driving compliance relevant topics for the new features, in close cooperation with our Security and Privacy Champions.
- Continuously reviewing and validating increments, presenting results to stakeholders.
Qualifications
YOU WILL SUCCEED IF YOU :
- Have minimum 3 years experience ICT System Engineering or Project Management or IT Business Analyst or ICT Delivery Service Management
- Hold certificate for Product Owner
- Are advanced at General IT Overview and Development Lifecycle
- Are advanced at soft skills such as Communication, Analytical thinking, Presentation, Decision making, Problem solving and Negotiation
- Speak English at least B2 level
- German is MUST
- Know-how of Power Platform Services, primarily Automate, Apps (Canvas and Model Driven) and BI, Microsoft M365

Salary
Final salary is negotiable.
We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 1600 € /brutto.
