We are now looking for a Product Owner to join our Corporate Functions IT team, focusing on Purchase Invoicing area. This is a key role in designing and delivering agile, future-ready IT solutions that support regulatory compliance and customer invoicing excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Own and drive the end-to-end IT solutions for the P2P domain, with a strong focus on invoice automation.
Lead the automation of vendor invoice flows, minimizing manual intervention and maximizing efficiency.
Streamline tools and processes used in the P2P area, ensuring they meet high standards of quality and usability.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align business needs with IT capabilities.
Work in Agile teams, contributing to sprint planning, backlog grooming, and continuous improvement.
Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with KONE’s global IT strategy.
What We’re Looking For
8+ years of experience in the vendor invoice domain.
Strong understanding of end-to-end Purchase to Pay processes and technical solutions.
Familiarity with SAP FICO or similar platforms.
Proven experience in IT project delivery.
Analytical, innovative, and strategic mindset.
Excellent communication skills in English and a collaborative, agile approach.
Experience with tools such as Basware, Nomentia, or Xelix is considered an advantage
