As a cross-sector solutions product owner, you’ll be part of the WMLHI Operational Excellence Department. The department’s mission is to support business line development by providing expertise, know-how and execution logic that fosters excellence at all levels. As a PO integrator, you’ll take a leadership role with sector POs on projects and ensure compliance with priorities and guidelines. You’ll also be responsible for ensuring the needs of senior management are in line with the project’s realities. You’ll have a cross-sector scope for projects related to applications (cross-sector solutions) under our responsibility for the entire WMLHI Executive Division. You need to have in-depth knowledge of business needs and cross-sector solutions and the ability to explain them in plain language.More specifically, you will be required to:
Have an overview of shared capacities and cross-sector IT solutions used by several business lines in the Wealth Management and Life and Health Insurance Executive Division.
Prioritize and plan development requests in collaboration with business lines and IT teams.
Determine the product backlog and lead large-scale development projects, initiatives and activities in your field of expertise and area of responsibility that have a major impact on the entire organization.
Advise your clients and partners to help them identify needs, manage access, the life cycle, oversee the life cycle, governance and positioning of IT assets and monitor strategic projects, initiatives and mandates under your responsibility.
Identify, analyze and diagnose problems, report major issues and make recommendations to the decision-making bodies concerned regarding business solutions, attribute development, settings and features.
Act as a coach for other business roles (for example, business analysts, system pilots, product owners).
Represent your unit before senior management committees and decision-making bodies.

What you bring to the table
Bachelor's degree in a related field
A minimum of eight years of relevant experience
Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
Experience as a product owner (PO) or project leader
Knowledge of French is required
