15 June 2026Within Group PLM, based in Huskvarna, we are responsible for the digital foundation that supports how products are defined, developed, governed, and managed across the entire product lifecycle.
The team consists of a mix of roles, including Product Owners, Business Analysts, a dedicated Key User Support function and AI consultants. In total, the team consists of around 13 members with a diverse mix of backgrounds and experience levels. Some team members bring over 20–30 years of experience within PLM and related areas, while others are earlier in their careers, creating a good balance of senior expertise and newer perspectives.
Role Description
Product development at Husqvarna is increasingly global, digital, and data‑driven. To support this evolution, we continuously develop our PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) tools, integrations, and ways of working.
As Product Owner – PLM Tools & Integrations, you ensure that PLM solutions deliver clear business value, support global standards, and evolve in a sustainable and structured way over time. You translate business needs into clear priorities and help the organization navigate complexity with transparency and direction.
The role combines product ownership, coordination, and leadership through clarity, rather than formal line management.
You will join us in creating clarity and value in Husqvarna’s PLM landscape by owning priorities, shaping global capabilities, and enabling effective collaboration across the organization.
Your profile
You are motivated, resilient, and able to push through challenges with determination. A proactive mindset and the confidence to stand your ground in demanding situations are important for this position.
You have a communicative and engaging approach, with the ability to collaborate effectively with different stakeholders across the organization. The role requires someone who is comfortable addressing issues, driving resolution when things do not work as expected, and navigating complex environments while continuously learning.
You have:
- A degree in Engineering (BSc or higher) or Business Administration
- Experience working in an agile environment. Hands‑on experience operating within a PLM system is highly valued.
- Fluency in both Swedish and English is required, as you will be working in a global context.
Meritoriuos:
- Experience contributing to the implementation or setup of a PLM or similar system
- Experience working with Siemens Teamcenter or a similar PLM system
- Experience working with digital solutions, platforms, or systems in complex organizations
- Understanding of product development, engineering environments, or enterprise IT
- Interest in AI and an understanding of how AI can enhance digital solutions, for example through improved insights, automation, or decision support
