About The Role:
As a Product Owner in the Platform team at Delasport, you will play a key role in shaping product direction and driving successful delivery across the business. In this role, you will work with a diverse and talented group of professionals who are passionate about redefining the iGaming experience. The team is dynamic, supportive, and innovation-driven, providing the collaboration, expertise, and resources needed to succeed.
How You’ll Make an Impact:
- Act as a Product Owner in Platform team
- Work closely with stakeholders to identify product needs and translate them into clear product requirements
- Represent and advocate product vision within the team and facilitate product processes
- Backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories. Create and groom short, medium, and long-term product roadmaps and get internal agreement with business stakeholders and provide visibility across the teams (IT and Business)
- Collaborate with the Scrum Masters to run successful release planning and sprint planning sessions, as well as sprint reviews and retrospectives
- Ensure the product functionality is properly documented
- Ensures a good communication and training strategy on the released features
- Proactively resolves business users satisfaction issues
Who You Are:
- Fluency in English is required
- Proven experience working as a Product Owner in a technology company, writing user stories and epics, and following development process through user story acceptance
- Ability to produce detailed and clear User Stories, PRDs, and create mockups
- Visual modelling and diagram skills
- Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA Agile, SharePoint, Confluence)
