Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and driven Product Owner to lead the vision and execution of our global digital platform project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, a deep understanding of digital platforms, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. This role will require close collaboration with stakeholders across the globe to deliver a seamless, high-performing digital experience that meets the needs of a diverse global audience.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Vision & Strategy: Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for the global digital platform, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.

Backlog Management: Create, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog, ensuring that it reflects the strategic direction and delivers maximum value to the business.

Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with global stakeholders to gather and refine requirements, translating them into user stories and detailed specifications for the development team.

Sprint Planning: Work closely with the development team during sprint planning to ensure that the highest priority items are being addressed and that the team understands the requirements and objectives.

Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between the development team and stakeholders, ensuring that expectations are managed and that the team is delivering value consistently.

Product Roadmap: Develop and maintain a product roadmap that outlines key deliverables, timelines, and milestones, and communicate this roadmap to stakeholders at all levels.

User Experience: Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure that the digital platform provides a seamless and intuitive user experience that meets the needs of a global audience.

Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of the digital platform, using data and analytics to inform product decisions and identify areas for improvement.

Iteration & Improvement: Continuously gather feedback from users and stakeholders to iterate on the product, making necessary adjustments to meet evolving needs and ensure ongoing success.

Risk Management: Identify and manage risks related to the product, including technical, operational, and market risks, ensuring that mitigation strategies are in place.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master’s degree or an MBA is a plus.

Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in a Product Owner role, ideally on digital platform projects.

Strong understanding of digital platforms, web technologies, and software development processes. Experience with Agile methodologies is essential.

Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive product decisions and measure success. Familiarity with analytics tools is a plus.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Strong leadership skills, with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams without direct authority.

Proven ability to solve complex problems, make decisions quickly, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
